Thank you for considering our Transaction Coordinator Program. Once you have reached an agreement with your buyer, simply call GARY RICHARDS AT (909) 806-0963 to request a Licensed Real Estate Transaction Coordinator.

1. WE WILL provide you FULL SERVICE at 0.5% of purchase price which may be shared by buyer if agreed upon.

2. WE WILL recommend service companies which may provide discounts to offset the 0.5% commission.

3. WE WILL NOT provide buyers during the FOR SALE BY OWNER process.

4. WE WILL NOT provide the Transaction Coordinator if an outside broker is involved in the sale.
